We run a holiday club on the first week of Easter and the first four weeks in the summer holidays

Sunny Kids - THE GROVE Holiday Club Information:

22nd July to 16th August 2024 (4 weeks)

£25 per day, per child

Sunny Kids are Ofsted registered and offer children aged 2 to 7 years old fun filled activities.

The club is held in The Emmanuel Church Room, The Grove, High Street, West Wickham, BR4 9JS and is open daily during the holiday from 9am to 1pm.

The holiday club operates for 4 weeks of the Summer holiday and offers children a varied programme of activities including sports, arts and crafts, and lots more.

Snacks are provided but children are required to bring a NUT FREE packed lunch every day and a refillable water bottle. Please ensure packed lunches do not contain nuts or products with nuts (e.g. peanut butter, nutty bars, chocolate spread). Thankyou.

Activities / Pre-planned trips requirements: Our activities are based on children arriving by 9am and collected at 1pm. Please notify the manager if you would like to drop off later or collect your child earlier.

Any additional equipment/ information you may need on activities or trips, will be given in written notification prior to the activity.

An extra admission is charged for some activities which is non-refundable and is due when paying the invoice, and if your child is attending this event. Prior notice will be provided in this case.

The daily fee is £25.00

Sunny Kids - THE GROVE Booking Information and Terms and Conditions:

Please ensure that children arrive at 9am and can be collected promptly at 1pm each day to fully participate in the activities offered each day.

All children and staff attend scheduled off site pre-planned trips. Only Sunny Kids staff will escort children on trips.

We do not accept funded hours

Fee’s, including charges for pre-booked activities, will not be refunded.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, activities may be changed or postponed without notice e.g. inclement weather.

NB: Daily activities include quizzes, games, sand and water play, gaming station, and creative activities including painting, sand and art. Please note activities may be repeated to ensure all children have a turn.

Children are discouraged from bringing games to the club. Sunny Kids will not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. In line with our safeguarding policy, any device with a camera such as a phone, tablet or games console may not be used on the premises.
